Safiyyah Hassan

Safiyyah is a public health professional with extensive experience working with various vulnerable populations at the level of state government as well as local Community Based Organizations. She has a strong passion for Health Equity and a commitment to empowering vulnerable populations to make informed choices. She now serves as the Strategic Partner and volunteer Manager for AMSA. Hailing from a small town in the Southern region of the United States has led to her being an avid traveler who’s always seeking a new adventure.
